Questions people ask first
Who owns the website?
You do. You own your files and your domain (once registered, in your name). If you ever move on, you take everything with you.
What does it really cost?
$250 for a Starter Site or $450 for a Business Site, paid once. Your domain is about $10–20 a year, paid directly to the registrar. Hosting is free for the first 6 months. After that, hosting stays included with the optional $25/month Care Plan, or you can move your site to your own domain any time.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Everything happens by email or Instagram DM, so every decision is in writing. We're a remote studio and reply within 1 business day.
How long does it take?
Starter and Business Sites take about a week once we have your photos, menu and hours. The Restaurant Starter Kit takes 3–5 business days. Many projects are ready sooner, sometimes in as little as one day. Most delays come from waiting on content, so having it ready speeds things up.
What if I don't like it?
You see a free concept before you pay anything. After the deposit, 2 rounds of changes are included, and you pay the final 50% only when you approve the finished site. Your deposit is fully refundable any time before we send your first draft. Once the first draft is sent, the deposit is non-refundable.
How do updates work later?
With the Care Plan, send us menu, price, hours or photo changes any time and we make them. Without it, we can quote small one-off edits.
How do I pay?
Securely through PayPal. You can pay by card without a PayPal account. Deposit links are below, and final balances are sent as a PayPal invoice.
